Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide you with the finest traditional Indian sarees. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Returns
- Video Recording: Record a video of yourself opening the parcel from start to finish, clearly showing the packaging and contents. Without this video, return request will not be accepted.
- Eligibility: We accept returns for sarees within 72 hours (3 Days) from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the saree must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Cost:
- If the customer returns a saree for personal reasons (e.g., don’t like it, change of mind etc.), the shipping cost is to be paid by the customer.
- If the customer receives a defective or incorrect saree, the customer must send the saree back to us. We will provide a full refund and cover the shipping cost up to ₹100 after quality inspection of the saree.
- Pickup Service: We do not offer pickup services for returns. Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us and will be liable for the shipping costs in both cases.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made sarees, sale items, and sarees purchased using discount codes are non-returnable.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pativrata.in or reach out via call or WhatsApp at +917016050288 with your order number and reason for return and attach recorded video of saree/package. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
2. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned saree, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Full Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for sarees that meet our return eligibility criteria. We will also provide shipping costs up to ₹100 along with the full refund for defective or incorrect items.
3. Exchanges
- Eligibility: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a saree for a different one, please return the original item and place a new order.
